A next-generation VR walkthrough for Kourtidis Group, one of Greece’s leading real-estate companies.
The experience allows users to explore entire 3D neighborhoods and fully detailed interiors simply by putting on a VR headset, making property exploration more immersive, intuitive, and engaging.
Project Description
Designed and built an immersive VR experience that transforms how real-estate projects are presented. The experience begins inside a custom “control room,” dominated by a large interactive table where each neighborhood appears as a digital scale model.
Users can rotate the models, zoom into key areas, and instantly jump into street-level exploration or directly inside the fully detailed interiors.
Event Presentation Setup
The VR system was showcased at the RE/evolution Conference in Thessaloniki, using:
- Four Meta Quest 3 headsets running the experience simultaneously.
- Real-time casting from each device.
- Display output on a 120-inch touchscreen TV, allowing live audience engagement and interactive demonstrations.

VR Neighborhoods, Optimized for Quest 3
Despite running on the limited hardware of the Quest 3, the project maintains high visual fidelity thanks to a combination of optimized meshes, LOD systems, baked lighting, and carefully managed materials.
Each of the four neighborhoods includes five interior types built to real-estate presentation standards.
Immersive Real-Estate VR Walkthrough
The final VR walkthrough delivers a smooth, high-fidelity, and highly interactive solution that showcases the true potential of standalone VR technology for real-estate presentation.
It allows clients, investors, and buyers to “experience” a property long before it’s built.
